nokia 6070 problem

On behalf of a friend who has 2 problems with this phone, although it may be to do with the orange PAUG sim card rather than the phone
1) The number of the incoming call is not shown on the phone, nor in the missed calls list if the call is unanswered
2) There appears to be no voicemail (i.e. holding down 1 does nothing)
Can anyone advise?

Not sure about the first part but for the voicemail you will have to ring orange up for the settings as more than likely it was on another network before and will have there voicemail settings on the phone.0 -
just an update all sorted
Called orange for free from my contract phone (07973100450) they sent a sim update and so now the caller id works, and voicemail is found by dialing 123.
now I just need to tech them how to use the phone!0 -
