Clearly you have never bought a BMW where everything is extra

when people say "turf thrown in". Do you mean its an extra with new builds?
So if you dont purchase it then do you just have mud as a garden?
You can save a lot of money by just buying turf yourself and laying it, or just leave it as mud.
Of course, if I were buying a new build I'd want to know if my neighbours will be buying turf or if I'll be living next to a pool of mud.0 -

Apparently the "no smoking" option (cigarette lighter deleted - socket still there though) is free.
Saying that I've just bought a Caterham, and this is a car where the heater, doors and roof are optional extras.Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%0
