  • Just spotted Sister Cas's recommendation for Mark's Daily Apple too.

It always makes me smile because my DH is Mark but he doesn't have any apples any more :rotfl:

Go on then NAR. Which printer has cheap ink? DG
None of them unfortunately. They sell the printers cheaply and make their money on the replacement cartridges.

Spurs match was a draw, so everyone happy I guess.

    Afternoon all,

NMP thanks for the info I shall pop in Asda this afternoon.
LW I just type in Yoga for knee injury into you tube. I've done quite a few different ones, I'm taking it very slowly but it is doable, hopefully with the extra help NMP has recommended it should be even easier. Sorry I've no idea how to post links:o

NAR and Bitsy enjoy your parties. Nar I shall definitely pop in for a virtual drink around 9.00:beer:

  • Hello all

Hope everyone is ok & having a good weekend.

I need to cut back on the food. Perhaps I should look into paleo. Is it expensive?

    Afternoon everyone

donny-gal - I would like to lose another half a stone ideally, but I'm fairly stable at the weight I am now and I'm the clothes size I want to be. I do still have a fat tummy which I would dearly love to get rid of - but that's going to be a tough job - 100+ a day of sit-ups/type exercise, and some general other fitness regimes. I've found I can hold this weight without the dieting getting out of hand iyswim. I don't eat alot of things but that's through choice not because I can't - if I really want something "naughty" I do have it, enjoy it, draw a line under it and move on. I used to be unable to stop once I'd started eating bad food, now majority of the time I don't even want/fancy it. I didn't follow any major diet plan to lose the weight - when you've battled weight problems all your life and have done them all in the past you know what you should be doing, it's just doing it! I never thought that how you feel about food and your relationship with food mattered, but now I know how important it is.

Still loving the varifocals - feel cross with myself that I didn't think about trying them out before.

Have a good evening everyone x

    Afternoon everyone,

    Molly,LW, Hilstep,HH Hugs.

Lots of talk here today on weightloss (well done nmlc) Really interesting to me as my weight has begun to creep up over the last year and I am putting on lots of fat around my middle.
It may be my age, someone told me that middle age is when your age starts to show around your middle, but I seem to be changing shape and I am not eating any differently.

Any way, no weight loss today, I have been to a Macmillan Coffee Morning and I am out for a meal this evening to celebrate my DD1s birthday and my birthday next week!!! Oh well, next week I will start to do something about it.

Have a lovely rest of day everyone.:)
