Single fare £4.50
Oyster card fare £2.30
or £1.50 off peak

Or maybe I've misunderstood the question?0 -
I have to use the train everyday for a week and i need to buy a 7 day pass or something i want to know how much it costs from going from zone 2 to 4.0

Instead of asking on the Student board you would be better posting in the dedicated Public Transport board. And when you do, be clear and specific about what you want, stating the start/end stations and the days/times that you want to travel.0

A 7 day bus pass is £19.60 if you only need to use the bus.
It also depends how many bus Journeys you make a day, it may be cheaper to pay single fares on an Oyster card if it is two or less a day, assuming you work 5 days a week.
One thing to bear in mind is that Buses do not have zones, unlike Trains and the Underground, you just pay one flat fare for the Journey.
If you're using the train though then you need a "Travelcard" which atypical has posted the price for above. Or you may find a point to point season ticket cheaper if you always travel between the same two stations and don't need use of the Underground or Buses.0 -
If you're 16-25, don't forget you can get 33% off off-peak singles with a railcard. Just ask them to associate it with your oyster. For me (I only travel Zone 1), it works out cheaper than weeklies.0
