If it was something trivial like salary etc I would think they would let it go or offer a way forward.
Something has really spooked them and they don't like it so they wont back down. The fact they are repaying fees means a no go with them.
In my old daysthis only ever happened once, monies issued then recalled. Abbey were lending. I was straight on the phone to the BDM, she Said speak to your client. It never went through and they never moved house.
Something went on and to this day I have no idea what he was up to.0
