Thank you for posting this. I was just called by 02920364211 for the same reason. I had done a survey and now they wanted to send me £20 cash-back diesel voucher and a trial subscription to Sapphire magazine. I ended the call as I was confused. I did do a survey but that is the last time I patiently help someone out with a survey as I don't want the hassle of follow up sales calls.0

Please all be very careful with Sapphire. I received a phone call on 11/12/14 whilst on bed rest off work sick claiming I would get a £20 petrol voucher and a VIP subscription to Sapphire Magazine which was some sort of saving and voucher magazine, if I took part in a survey I was told there would be an annual charge of £79.99 for Sapphire magazine but I could return it and cancel if I wasn't happy. I never received either. I was in hospital from the middle of December until mid January. On 23/12/14 I was debited £79.99 by SAVERS, In February I was debited £59.99 by a company called VIP SERVICES and in March I was debited £79.99 by a company called FREE MOMENTS. To this date I have never received anything and apparently all these companies are connected via Sapphire. I have been in and out of hospital several times in the last 7 months but 2 months ago noticed debits for February and March. I contacted FREE MOMENTS and asked for a refund and contacted VIP SERVICES also asking for a refund. I have not received a refund, despite being told by FREE MOMENTS that they sent a refund by BACS on 06/05/15. I have raised these issues with my credit card company who will refund the last two transactions however I cannot receive a refund for the £79.99 put through on 23/12 because it has been too long a period and FREE MOMENTS (who apparently are connected to SAVERS) are refusing a refund also. I have not been well enough to sort any of this out any earlier. I have an address for FREE MOMENTS of: Unit G4, Capital Business Park, Parkway, Cardiff, CF3 2PY, an email address of cancel@sapphiremembers.com and a phone number of 020 00014030, For VIP SERVICES I have a phone number of
0800 408 3983 and an email address of sapphiremagazine@vipmember-services.com PLEASE ENSURE YOU CANCEL MEMBERSHIP OR YOU WILL BE DEBITED AGAIN0 -
Just had a call from them.
I did a survey from myoffers.co.uk, but they say they are from lifestyle-choices. Strange isn't it.
They told me their website is lifestyle-choices.com. This look legit, but don't be fooled by website that look legit, always do your research before handing in card details.
I could not hear clearly from them at all, they might use this to trick you into a price that is really small, like 2-3pounds, but the actual amount they claim afterward is £78.22 and then changes all the time, with some agreement to the above amount charged on those experienced of £79.99.
On their website they state their companies name is Precision Affinity Specialists © 2015 , and Registered company with registration code 08368450.
They gave most of their company's detail to comfort you, but then again, fail sense of security. They claim their address is:
Unit G4 Capital Business Park
Parkway
Cardiff
CF3 2PY
I did a check on thier company's address and found these registered company:
endole.co.uk/explorer/postcode/cf3-2py
endole.co.uk/explorer/postcode/cf3-2py
harvestthehope.co.uk/
WHICH DOES NOT MATCH Precision Affinity Specialists. Maybe a related company.
But what I learnt from the above posts is that, they can use all sorts of address of registered company to pretend it's theirs. All we can do is post as much details we know about this company on the web (and this forum), making the background search process easier to be found by the next victim before they pay an unfair amount.
At the end I did not fall into this payment scheme, at least not for that price of £79.99.
ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE GIVING ANY DETAILS ON THE PHONE!0 -

To be frank, I think this and other website communities are partly to blame for people falling for these scams, continually pushing as they do the schemes for getting money off this, that and the other. Of course people are going to think, oh goody, free petrol vouchers. NO!!!
Warnings of this type of scam should be the banner headline in red, in block capitals, in every one of the weeekly emails until the message gets through.
Martin is in the ideal position to get the word out there, but instead so much of the emphasis is on things like chopping & changing credit cards to get 0% interest - useful yes, but more important or at least equally as important is warning the very people who can least afford to get ripped off by these sharks.0 -

Are these guys operating as Lifestyle Choices now?
After five missed calls yesterday I finally answered and gave some fake answers to the generic lifestyle questions the Indian man asked me. One of these was if I had a car, which I answered in the negative.
Today I got a call from 020 2036 4211 and a man from Lifestyle Choices told me they would send two £10 fuel vouchers and their brochure containing details of their other discount offers. If I want to join it's only £78.22 a year, but even if I don't I can keep the fuel vouchers.
All I needed to do was pay £2.78 to cover postage costs of the vouchers and brochure.
Not sure how this scam works? Presumably they would either just rip me off for the 3 quid, or actually send me the vouchers and hope I'd sign up and part with more for something that isn't worth anything like £80.
I said I would look more into the offer (he gave me theire website address) and he is calling me back tomorrow AM. That will give me a chance to think of how to mess with them. Any ideas?
It seems like it's part of this scam which could yield them so y'all watch out if Lifestyle Choices call you from 029203642110 -
Like other posters or postees on this thread I have been contacted by a company from Cardiff. Phone call.
'You have done a survey for one of our associates'. Yes, I have done many survey, so it is feasible. Anyway would I like to get discounts at restaurants and a free £10 petrol voucher, which even if I cancelled the subscription within 14 days, I could keep the voucher and it would be valid for a year. I agreed and gave my card details for the £2 something Post and packaging. An envelope arrived within a couple of days with a letter and members card but no voucher. Phoned to complain and cancel membership. @that's fine. If you send the letter and card back with a receipt we'll send the voucher'. No way. I put a block on the card at the bank.
Here is the address on the letter:
Dining And Leisure Club
Unit G4
Capital Point
Capital Business Point
Cardiff
CF3 2PY
0844 567 9394
also they may call under 02921010121.0 -
