I received a reply today,
"
I do apologise that you haven’t received your cashback yet. I have chased MoneySupermarket and it has confirmed that your cashback should’ve been issued to you in September.
However, it will now be issued to you in mid-October. The payment name will either be “Utilities Cashback” or “MoneySupermarket” on your bank statement and you should receive it by 31st October 2013."
Yes I had that one too. You will be lucky if they do pay the cashback by the end of October. Mine was *eventually* sent as a cheque after much toing and froing.0
