You can't contact OR (except via cricket) They are not a 'customer facing' company. Check for the PP situation via the NPA.
The NPA may be 'ar5eholes', but if they weren't there then the cab would not require PP at all,and would have deemed consent.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Why on earth would they block your front door with a cabinet? A little common sense would show you they can't just block windows or doors willy nilly.
