O/S Daily Friday 27th Sept

Coming back from town I bumped into my parents who had parked at the top of my road to go to the nearby shops - we had coffee in the sun in the garden and it dawned on me that this was why I chose early retirement.

Evening:p
Noah stayed at his dads last night as he went to open evening at an autism school.... We are taking him to another next Thurs, so I thought I may get some sleep instead of up at customary 3am.... Nope, Asher woke at 3 for a feed and didn't go back to sleep :rotfl:
Met a friend for breakfast coffee which turned into lunch and then a blowout spend on beauty and pamper stuff
Came back, did yoga with mrs milks.
Ate cake with Mr NPM
Meal planned Paleo meals for visitors coming from US.
I'm getting into Paleo:D
Take away tonight and Noah at his dads this weekend so snuggles and play with mrs milks planned.
DVD and nachos night with Mr NPM tomorrow.
Will get some yoga done together en famille also.
Booked tickets for me and Mr NPM for Good Food Winter show in Birmingham end of Nov so looking forward to that :T
Off for a bath and pamper..... Have good evenings all.
