Nowhere, I just talk to the dog, she's always happy to listen.

So that's the answer is it. I need to buy myself a dog.

At least they'll be there to listen, unlike a cat who would just show attitude.

I also talk to the dog, usually on a nice long walk in the country that makes me feel better about the world :)

I think my cat knows when I am upset. Particularly if I am crying - she comes and purrs and rubs herself round me.

For some reason I can't stand cats - can you tell? :o

My parents always had 3-4 dogs when I was growing up and they always used to "look after me". Were great listeners too when I was having a tiff with a friend or boyfriend trouble for eg. I'd love to get one very soon. A dog, that is :D

I get in my car and drive if it's more of an instantaneous annoyance/wind-up! Went round the M25 once on a particularly bad day lol. Wanted to get on a motorway but was worried I'd find myself in Newcastle or Scotland if I went north!

If wound up or a petty disagreement, I'll usually head somewhere in the car - nearby retail warehouse or shopping centre, and just have some time out. Things always blown over by the time I'm home.

If it's a long term niggly thing, or something traumatic, I'll always turn to my BF, or friends if it's about my BF lol! (Mind you, he's been an angel for five months so not complaining.)

It depends what the situation is but I have a loft room with all my books in so if I want to be alone that's a good place. If I need to talk it's normally a bottle or two or three with a close friend.
