Tesco Mobile
I have to sing the praises of there Customer Service people.
I purchased a PAYG K610i a few months ago and decided I would like to have it unlocked.
I rang them up and they said I had to have a certain amount of credit on my phone and they'd email me the code when it arrived from Sony Ericsson.
Fair enough, no problem.
I finally did get the code the other night, but have to commend them because every time I have had to ring them, they have answered the phone right away (no holding on for a long length of time) they have been more than helpful, always offering to call me back, if I didn't want to be put on hold etc and I cannot say a bad word about them.
What a difference compared to a few others I've posted about on here, recently!

Well most people on PAYG are teenagers, and they don't normally ring CS, so I would not be surprised if ALL PAYG services were like that.0
