party of 4 - delayed over 3hrs for an Aberdeen to Turkey flight - 6th June 2013 - Thomas Cook originally suggested I contact the flight company they had moved the travel to - which was Freebird - until I pointed out that my Contract/payment was with Thomas Cook - they have since sent me a generic letter to say nothing due
