Not had chance to get on yet, doing paperwork to put case together for specialist school for Noah next Sept. all very depressing and stressful... Preparing for it having to go to appeal with LEA and if necessary represent myself in court at tribunal against LEA! Have a masters in nursing not law! Luckily have a handy barrister friend:-)
Just baked some cheese scones to combat stress and scoffing one now with a brew.
Off to yoga class with mrs milks at 1, eye test for Noah after school then his dad.... Ex DH, taking him to open evening at one of specialist schools as Mr NPM in bed with migraine.
Autocorrect just changed that to " in bed with Mugabe !!... How random!!
    Have good days all

Happy anniversary mr and mrs BB
Hugs for anyone whose fed up or poorly.

Went to see my consultant this morning. He's put me on the list for a total knee replacement. Should have an appointment within 4 to 6 weeks:eek: yikes I'm scared but glad ifykwim apparently they last along time if you do as your told, quite a long recovery period but he reckons by about week 12 I. Will be walking fairly normally again, thank goodness.
No tea to cook, dh and DS at football so a quick sandwich when they come in as they've both had a big lunch.
Planning a day at home cleaning and pottering tomorrow thank goodness no more appointments until next week.

:bdaycake: Happy Anniversary Mr & Mrs B-Brain - Enjoy your treat, and celebrate a la Hester I am sure ;)

Fingers crosssed for the MOT BBeans
I have everything in my GMail Calender now, so get reminders of Tax, MOT, Birthdays, and everything else, and being on line, sends it to my iphone and iPad too, auto update each other.

For anyone who is looking at printer/scanner, can I recommend this it is Wireless, Printer & Scanner, and good resolution too, Airprints from iPads iPhones, plus easy to use. I have one out here in Spain and would not go back to HP or Epson again.

Pleased to hear you are getting your new knee Julie, you will be fine I am sure.

HH - I know you are going round the bend, but not sure you have let work "stew in their own juice" long enough yet. please ensure you go at a steady pace, and just refuse point blank to lift more than one ream of paper at a time.

DH has steam cleaned the kitchen this morning, while I had a long discussion with DS via Message on the iPad. Just putting the world to rights, and suggesting what we are doing for this years Alternative Xmas, as it is his F's parents turn this year, but they are in the middle of selling their house, and not sure how big the new accommodation will be as there is 3 sisters 1 still at home and 2 with partners. We have options for either before, or just after Xmas and we can utilise the caravan if necessary. I am finding it hard that his F's family are not very forthcoming, and while we get on fine, and there is no conflict, they do not keep in regular contact, and while I try, it does not come back the other way. DS says it is just their way, but I find it difficult, and feel "out of the loop". His F is now trying to message and email more, and when we see her she is very nice.

Enough whining, we have also been to Lid! to stop up with fresh fruit and salad. We are doing a BBQ tonight, and one of the neighbours, whose wife is in the UK at the moment, is coming over to join us.

I think I had better go and get myself in gear if going to have a swim. (((hugs))), Spoons & Positive Vibes all round. Take care everyone. DG

Lasagne for tea,and DH is out tonight so I can please myself whether I sew or watch tv.Dont think I can do any crochet, the balls of wool are a bit tempting for a naughty puppy :rotfl:

HH - stick to your system. Don't do too much.

Bitsy - so glad your car passed, always a worrying time.

Treating myself to a glass of wine, just about to watch Educating Yorkshire and then to bed. All washing dried on the line so I am very happy (or very sad).

    Take care. XX
