I was going to suggest hair removal cream. It sounds mad but years and years ago I had one of those black henna tattoos and immaculate did help remove some of it.
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!

Oh teabag this made me chuckle, reminded me of the time I was tye dying and got red dye all over my hands, I had a doctors appointment straight after.
The doctors face when I walked in with what looked very much like blood all over my hands was a picture.
Good god, he cried, what on earth has happened.
He couldn't help but show his disappointment when I explained and asked for the pill hahaha.

Lol - I used to work in a hotel and tearooms and we often made braised red cabbage as one of the veg dishes in a huge pan (it reheats well) - imagine the colour my hands were after finely slicing up to 6 or 8 red cabbages!! I just used to do the bleach jobs like the sinks and bins without rubber gloves on in order to get my hands back to their normal colour before I had to serve on for the evening meal!

coconut oil (the solid ish one used for frying food in...) I get it from the local asian shops or health food store - its amazing for cleaning anything from hands. Just pop a little on a rub in for a while then wash off in warm soapy water
