Electricity only deals for elderly in McCarthy and Stone development

Hi all, I'm new to this so apologies if this is in the wrong place etc.

My 72 year old mother is about to move into her own flat in a McCarthy and Stone development. Her flat contains only electric storage heaters, which store heat overnight and dispense it during the day.

Does anyone know of a supplier who caters for elderly consumers or a good deal for this kind of usage? I've been hunting around for what seems like ages without really getting anywhere!

Just use her estimated annual kWh figures based on an Economy 7 tariff-which is what her metering will be with storage heaters installed (and presumably an immersion heater). Put these into any comp site with her postcode to find the best deal. 2 minutes work.
We don't know anything about her actual usage, just the heating method.
The 'age related' tariffs offer a discount against Standard tariff, but are rarely better than the cheapest online discount tariffs (which you can run for her if required).
She should already be getting the Winter Fuel Allowance of £200 if living alone.
