I've just tried to report a post but have not had any forumticket, so I reported it again & still have had no forumticket

I don't know if you have got the report or not

Just had 4 late ones come in so I'm still getting two per report

They were just very slow

How long have you waited for?

Ticket receipts seem to be sent out only at 15 min intervals at the moment. i.e. if you report at 2:18pm, you won't get a ticket sent out until at least 2:30pm. And sometime if close to the time, it can be queued to the next send after that.

I'm glad to see you finally got your replies.

As fermi explained above. Replies are not immediate. It may occasionally take our systems a few minutes to get around to you. And then there are sometimes delays beyond our control. Some email providers do not deliver email to your inbox straight away even after we have sent it.

We endeavour to deal with every report as quickly as possible. On the other hand. You might occasionally get an opportunity to make a cup of tea.
