RUST on the bottom of bathroom radiator

How can I get the rust of the bottom edge of my bathroom radiator? The first time it happened it looked so ugly I paid for a new one to be fitted and now it's happened again. I have been told it's where it's not in use in the summer months and a condensation build up in winter OR other way round! Do I need a new one…

My radiator in the bathroom is also rusty but it's not from pee... looks very unsightly.
