has anyone made a chocolate selection box?

my daughter too has a severe nut/tree nut allergy so wont eat anything out of a selection box incase it has touched a bar that has nuts in.

I have been making my own selection packs for a couple of years now. I buy multipacks of chocolate from supermarket and put one bar of each multipack into a home made velvety drawstring pouch. The kids loved them-even a friend of mine has requested one.

Ah bless her. It's hard finding novelty Christmas chocolate that's safe for them isn't it? I think I'm going to look for a Santa/snowman mould and make her some treats myself x

I made my kids chocolate bouquets last year (see the avatar ) as DS is a coeliac and there's always bars in the selection boxes that have gluten in, went down very well

fab I am going to have a go at these, never thought about making my own before but it makes sense. what size bags did you get and are they nice?
