2 Phones, 2 Cashbacks - 1 Bill

I have two Vodafone contracts one started in Feb, one in June, but I have received a bill for both together. OK, not normally a problem, but both phones are on cashback deals from different retailers, both of which require original bills to be sent!

Can I get separate or duplicate bills from Vodafone, or is there some other way round this?
Not even wrong

As a variant on this I just took out 2 new Orange contracts with Phonebox Direct (same as Coolnewmobile) and was told by Orange that both would be on 1 bill. PBD require each claim to be seprately submitted with an original bill. I rang them and they said it was fine to send one claim with a photocopy bill and an expalantion. Has anyone done this successfully with PBD / CNM ??

Get this in writing from them (email should be sufficient), given that their cashback t&c state originals they will probably refuse your claim.

Update: I have spoken to Vodafone and they have offered either duplicate or separate bills as options, both free of charge - I am going for separate as it only relates to future bills. They did say I could get duplicates of past billls at no charge so there are a couple of options.

I sent them an email yesterday, to which I have had no repsonse ! However, I called back again just now to reconfirm and spoke to another courteous and helpful lady (Jo) who re-confirmed and told me that she would put a note on-screen for both orders.

The two people I have spoken to seem so straighforward and helpful, that it seems hard to believe that they can really be as awkward as they are billed as being !
