    Can't see on what basis she'd have a civil case.

    You could always drop by a '1st hour free' lawyer or CAB and get their views.

    Ignore all letters, until court papers are served, then counter claim, for the harrasment, and the additional value your extention has made to her house. (Buyers like to see other houses with extensions, as it means that future planning might be easy to obtain)

    Ha, you could suggest to her you will seek planning permission to have a similar or same extension to her house and claim for increased value! You don't need to be owner to seek PP! That will mix it up a bit!
