I ordered 3 orchard games on wednesday as they were free delivery, just checked the order tracking status and it says this item has been delivered....... ive been in all day and there has been no delivery or card left and it does say a signiature will be required for this delivery too. Should i contact them or it usual for them to state delivered before it actually arrives?
  • No not normal I would contact them, check its not been left around the back or in a shed first though.

Or in the recycling boxes if you have any! That's my 1st port of call these days! handy too as it keeps the parcels dry lol

yes - are they the same price and do you still have your receipt? If so, you should be able to get a swap.

If they are a different price, you might have to take all 3 items back, so that the staff can sort out the 342 correctly with your new 3 items.
  • The item I want to exchange is £30 more than the item I need. So can I go to any Argos ??? As the store I got the items from doesn't have the item in stock. But another one nearby does.

Does this mean I now have to humph 3 large Lego sets lol...to the shop ? to get the one item exchanged/part refunded?

Yes I have the receipt etc and all items sealed.

i think you'll have to take them all back, but you can take them to the store which has the set you want.

First you can take them back to any store :)

Second Yes you will have to take all 3 back as it may change the 3 for 2 discount, and you may end up getting some money back (if I read that post right)
