Never mind Lucky, it will be our turn to win in December
My dad won £500 last month, £50 this :j he wins nearly every month, but he does now have the £50k max amount, so i suppose a lot more chances, but it shows premium bonds appear to still be a lot better than savings accounts at the minute:)
Its my 45th birthday today, ive been spoilt rotten, loads of cards and lovely pressies, and in a few hours hubby and i are off for a couple of days to our romantic rural retreat, i am so lucky !current official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 2030. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 01/04/24 - £133,477.09. 2024 challenge- get mortgage balance to £115,000 by xmas eve 2024, and a years outgoings in premium bonds again

Thank you poppy!
I had a lovely birthday, my family and friends really spoilt me this year , i m so lucky
Our long weekend has been totally relaxing, back to reality, and a few costs this month- car need work- £410  house insurance due, tonites job is to seek cheaper quote
Also, yesterday had emergency dentist appointment, broke a tooth eating a plum!:( my body is dropping to bits now im 45! lol
So, im working a budget to sort the lot, im considering using bonds to completely clear diy loan, and then between now and house move we can just concentrate on building savings/bonds back up, in time for our move hopefully summer 2016 if all goes to plan! :jcurrent official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 2030. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 01/04/24 - £133,477.09. 2024 challenge- get mortgage balance to £115,000 by xmas eve 2024, and a years outgoings in premium bonds again

Sorted house insurance, £70 cheaper than renewal quote, and i get cash back with quidco, and a free Brian toy!:j
Tommorow withdrawn bonds should hit account, so paying off £6094 left on kitchen loan, paying off c/c, used for car-£407, annual insurance=£119, put xmas money in hubbys isa- £2000. Then plan is to get stuck into savings, to repay horse fund/hubbys car money- which we used towards paying mortgage off in June 2015, and also we ope to save a little extra for moving costs/diy on new house etc
Will do full plan/budget tommorow night:jcurrent official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 2030. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 01/04/24 - £133,477.09. 2024 challenge- get mortgage balance to £115,000 by xmas eve 2024, and a years outgoings in premium bonds again

Well, last ight i paid off the diy loan- £6094, the car cost-£407, house insurance-£119, and £250 weekend away costs.. so debt free once more! :j
£1000 transferred to hubbys isa, on pay day just the other £1000 for xmas fund to go also to isa until end next month, and then the fresh savings challenge 2016 begins :j
im leaving my target as £35,000 for end August 2016.. i love a challenge
so, here i go again, bonds stand at £500.. £35,000 here we come!!:rotfl:current official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 2030. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 01/04/24 - £133,477.09. 2024 challenge- get mortgage balance to £115,000 by xmas eve 2024, and a years outgoings in premium bonds again
