Leaky Pipe Insurance Query

Hi Guys,
I am not sure I have posted this in the correct section (Apologies if not)??
Have had what looked to be a disaster on Sunday, but now appears to be working out fine, but I have a few questions if anyone could help. I will tell the story as it was discovered and happened:
Late on Sunday we discovered a puddle under the washing machine, and I pulled the washing machine out thinking the washing machine was causing the problem.
After further investigation I discovered a leak under the sink which was quite heavy, but looking into it further the water was actually dripping down the pipe from where it appeared from the wall.
This at the time seemed like a nightmare, but I removed the tiles off the wall to discover that the leak was coming from where the copper pipe joined an old lead pipe (now I knew that lead pipe were either illegal to work on, or hard to work on, so I decide to just panic).

I checked my insurance documents to see whether I was covered, but it wasnt clear, so I called the insurance company who advised I had home assistance (which was good news), and they are coming out today to firstly cap and then fix pipe (I suspect, but I dont know that they will have to remove pipe and replace). Whilst on the phone they asked if there was any other damage and I said that I wasnt sure at this stage, other than maybe the lino and the wall.

My question is once I get the leak repaired, should I be able to claim for the damage to the wall, the tiles that will have to be removed, the flooring, and any damage to the sink unit that houses the sink (I suspect it will be damp). And if we can claim for sink unit how will I manage to get the same unit to match the rest of the kitchen as it is quite old.

We have been trying to save for a new Kitchen since we moved in 9 years ago, but something always came up to take priority, so now I am wondering if we could take advantage of this or will it be impossible or too much hassle (as I have never made a claim before)?

Thanks in advance
