Is cqout any good?

Has anyone used this site? I'd like to hear any reviews. I'm thinking of buying some tobacco from it and the sellers reviews are good. I sent an email to Cqout and they said they use securepay which means my money doesn't get handed over until I've received the goods and am happy with them. I'm still a bit nervous about it though.

Probably fake crap with rat poison and weedkiller in it.

I'd be worried that it is fake tobacco but the other buyers seemed very happy with it. They've told me I'll get a full refund if I'm not happy but I don't know if that would still be the case when I've opened it and tried it.
