I've had to complain to Boots twice and both times they took a long time to reply, I had to chase it up several times before I got a response.
With regards to my first complaint they actually emailed back (eventually) and said the manager had spoken to me and resolved the situation - a complete lie, I had never met the manager... they advised me the manager was male and I'd only dealt with women at that particular branch sooo....0 -
I had a complaint about one of the 'half price' deals on sunscreen which turn out to be more expensive than buying full price at Tesco.
Best way to contact customer services is through their website. There is a form to contact customer services. They got back to me in a couple of days.
However, I got a hilarious response back which totally ignored my complaint that they were deceiving customers. It basically said sorry you don't like our prices, but aren't out advantage cards wonderful?!
Good luck in getting any response that doesn't sound like its been randomly generated by a computer!0
