GDP are starting court cases on behalf of PCN (NW) at the moment. Be careful and more considered with what you do but it's not the end of the world and can be paid if you get near a hearing, if neither you nor your friend can handle defending/turning up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
