POPLA Bad Decision

As parking eye would have held the data of how long was paid for on the parking, it is not acceptable of POPLA to say that you did not pay for 3 hours.
They should have made parking eye cough up the raw data.
They are simply not fit for purpose .
I would not publicise the popla decision #
It gives the parking scammers cart Blanche to win against everyone who does not keep the parking label.
The forum boasts of winning at popla but they make up a tiny tiny fraction of popla cases as most do not find the POPLA appeal advice and even that is under strong review by POPLA and the parking firms that own them.Be happy...;)0 -

No it doesn't. It simply shows how NOT to appeal, and is useful to see how the POPLA assessor dealt with it.
Anyone who has advice before appealing won't be relying on the parking 'label' in any case.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Ok, thanks very much for that..... to be honest I've no idea HOW to post the decision anyway. English Lit is my area of expertise and definitely not ICT :-(0
