Stamps and postage costs?

I bought a bulk load of stamps, new/unused on ebay around three years ago. They didn't arrive. Seller said he'd sent them Recorded so I waited a further week. I was getting annoyed, I had paid nearly £200 for them and a fortnight on there was no sign of them.
When I again contacted the Seller, he didn't want to know - just said they were sent Recorded, he had proof of posting and because of this he said I couldn't open a claim against him.
I was wild when I received his message and immediately opened an INR case. It was more than a month after this that PayPal finally returned my funds to me.
I didn't consider buying stamps via ebay again.
Too much stress!

50 per 1st class stamp, but, you have to buy minimum of 100.

If you are up to 3 parcels a day you can get an account with Royal Mail and absolutely huge savings. I think I am paying less than half the price of a Post Office counter.
