Replacing kitchen sink - tap holes

I want to replace my kitchen sink for a new one with a mixer tap on it. The old current sink has 2 separate taps that come directly out of the kitchen work top and not the actual sink. So, if I replace the sink with one with a mixer tap, I will be left with 2 holes in the work top. What is the best way to deal with these…
