Electrician has been whilst I was at the dance studio. My light fitting is wonky so may have to get him back. OH has just used the new bath for the 1st time.
I have got a mirror or cabinet yet so will have to go looking tomorrow morning.
I ordered my grocery delivery to come today between 4-5 but accidentally booked it for tomorrow instead.

  • Bless you and your DD, skinty, I hope she can see a doctor somewhere soon; I think the not-knowing is oftentimes as big a problem as the problem itself. Virtual hugs for you all.

Today is our one and only truly skid-free day a month; was looking forward to a long sleep only for DH to put the TV on to watch the Aussie football final at 7.30am! So have been awake since stupid o'clock and have achieved nothing bar a few Times crosswords. Cooking steaks in a bit and then back to bed with a film.

Tomorrow will be a day of laundry, flying and catching up but for now I am revelling in the peace and quiet!

  • Hi everyone,

Skinty- hugs to you and your daughter.

Nothing much achieved today, although I have bought a new dog bed for the mutt, very soft and fleecy, she's has just refused her walk as she is all snug on it, did manage to get herself off it for her tea though:rotfl:

Just doing fish finger sandwiches for tea, just me and DS in so something nice and simple;)

Have the washing on as it promises to be not too bad a day tomorrow, and that's about it for me.

    See you soon x

Good advice also does the uni not offer some medical services. Hugs to you both, so sad.
