We've done shopping, de-alarming, coffee / juice and cake / biscuit in a cafe
but there was a collection box for Macmillan so DD put some change in.
She napped early in the car whilst going to sort the alarm so hopefully tonight she will be ready for bed at a reasonable time. I want to watch the dancing! I've moved her toddler bed out, as I think that's not helping. So I've pinched the pullout bed from the spare room - better mattress and bigger. She says she likes it but we'll see if she'll sleep in it. I won't unbuild the other yet just in case.
We've made jelly, a cake and some dinosaur chocs for DS. He has a little Lego box as a treat too :A
Ad we've been very naughty - they had 2-4-1 on Disney blu ray so got a couple of those
Looks like plasterer is almost done :T its been quite stress free this buildhope that's not tempting fate. I guess we'll see when the rain comes... Rather than plastering the angles in the "eaves" he's curved them in so it looks very slick. Mega clean up in there tomorrow - windows, paintwork, floors.
How long does plaster need to be left before painting? Might get some of the toys back in there before, the littlies want their stuff back
Oh and I ordered a new rug for the LRthis one can go back out in the conservatory, and I still want to wash the one in the garage playroom.
Must defrost my freezer but will wait till I can get to my second freezer (in garage blocked in by toy chest) to switch it on - and stock up for winter!Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0 -
WM3 just about to go on the line
As the weather is nice I'm doing a Toots outside job and sorting my old strawberry beds out and the I can plant my leeks and sow some corn salad for winter, later as usual but hey ho.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Shopping all done and put away, dog walked, vacuumed through, 1 apple and 1 rhubarb crumble made, washing on line, DW on, just going to make chicken and leek bake for tea then that's me done!
Hope everyone's having a good Friday, I love Fridays:D
See you soon x0 -

My bedroom got a good declutter this morning in the early morning.
I met a friend at a Macmillan morning and we had a good chat.
I've collected the personalised card I ordered for DSD's wedding.
DS2 had a nasty bike crash this morning. He was using DH's bike and it is mangled. The repair is £45-50. More than the new to us bike cost. DS2 needed driving to school on account of his bruised and bleeding leg.
Lovely to see so many of you supporting the Macmillan coffee mornings. I gave them an extra donation in thanks for the care they have given my uncle, who is still with us. Mum has gone back to N0rthampt0n today. I wish they would book a b&b. it's a lot of driving and petrol every day.0 -

Beginning to feel better at last. Went to Te$co this morning to reclutter the fridge and cupboards. Changed the bed and washed the sheets, decluttered house guest (the miaowy purry type) back to his house. The house seems very empty now. Went to garden centre for a few bits, managed 3 HHI sessions and wrote an agenda for a meeting next week.
Better than yesterday but still lots to do over the weekend to catch up.0
