Audible books / amazon???

Hi my 16 year old daughter has just discovered she has been charged by "mobile. audible" £7.99 per month since February for an App on her kindle that she originally clicked on for a free 30 day trial. She had used the trial to get a book for a school project, didn't like it and deleted it off her kindle a few days later. Unknown to her was the fact that "audible " then obtained payment details from Amazon for her amazon account and have taken eight months of £7.99 from her with no correspondence to let her know this was happening. I am shocked that a 16 year old can in affect enter into a contract, without her giving express permission for them to take payment especially when she hasn't given her bank details and in my eyes is still a minor. I have tried contacting Audible but so far they seem to be messing me about saying they cany find any details of the account on their database despite me giving them all the details that are displayed on her "account details screen".
yes she has learnt three lessons the hard way here;
1. NOTHING in life is free
2. Always tell your parents and get their permission first
3. closely check your bank statements ( she has paperless statements and said she only checks to see how much money she has left...not what has already gone out)
Can anyone advise me how to handle this?

From the Amzaon T&C's:
Are Children Allowed to Use Amazon.co.uk?
Amazon.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Amazon.co.uk only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If she thinks that she only needs to check on her statement how much is left each month, perhaps a bit of financial education is overdue? It's not fair to blame Amazon if she doesn't check her statements.
A minor can enter into a contract but they can't be bound by it-so had they not taken the money they could not have pursued her for it through legal action.
If she didn't cancel the trial within the 30 days then it would have continued until she did. Amazon Prime trail works in exactly the same way-fail to cancel within 30 days and you will be billed a year's sub.
You will find that the Audible T&C's (that she will have agreed to when she took out the trial and clicked through) allow them to do what they have done.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
