If you made enquiries about getting a Motorbility car, they might have you still on their database. It isn't proof but could point someone to wonder why you would apply if not eligible.

I would just concentrate on the future now, as someone has now pointed out (HBO) any information held would be destroyed by now as the claim was cancelled and it was so long ago. All you have is your word for it.

Yes - but I was recovering. ....
My circumstances were pretty unique and I am not going to go into details here......

Of course I will - I do realise that I stand no chance of getting compensation - I was just wondering what the forum would say. ..now I know ! ! !
