Tru -Glad you had a great day xx
SC - and to think the landlady probably kept the last tenants deposit for it being dirty/messy

Still feel like !!!!, DD went to france for the day y'day and got back at 9pm....with baguettes, a seeded loaf, croissant, pain au choc, earrings, braclets, sweets etc, she had a FAB time.

DH has prepped all veg :T, lamb i cooked overnight, he's just nipped to MR T's for sprouts and mint sauce among other things ;),

  • Morning all
We got up at 7 as hubby had to go to work to let some contractors in, they didn't arrive til 8:30, we then came home, they were to phone when they'd finished and we'd go back and lock up, 9 o'clock they phoned, we've forgotten our drill, can you lend us one, so back we go with a drill.
We finally got home, I've cooked full English for hubby and had a bowl of birdcage scrapings for my breakfast.
Tea today is a fake roast dinner, pork chop for hubby with roast pots and HG veg from the garden, I'll just have the veg.
BBird, I waved when I saw the signpost to where you live.
We went to the garden center yesterday and found a border fork and spade set reduced, so we bought it for DD as she has a bigger garden with her new house.
Judi, I'd vacuum extra early, just out of spite, lol.
The main reason I'm returning to work is because I can't stand any more time without human contact, lol. I had 2 visitors last Monday but most weeks I don't see anyone apart from hubby and often by the time he's finished work he's used up his quota of conversation for the day.
I'm only going to do 2 days a week 10 til 2, with a half hour break in the middle, if I can't manage I get signed back off again. If I don't do something I will be taken away by men in white coats!
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester
    Chin up, Titus out.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

But they always play Dancing Queen, which is too slow to dance to :D
Quite a few men admitted to liking the Tiffany one, not because of the song but because they all fancied her when they were 15, lol

Cost basically. What bit of money I do have I have to do a lot with and I just cant afford the expense of a regular trip to the hairdresser.
