No need to flash on this one, the church is floodlit. It is also built on a raised bank, hence being able to appear to be below the building and in the grass, which I think adds to the shot.

Just changed the pics for smaller versions.

It is a shot of a spider eating a wasp, the wasp is all wrapped up like a christmas present in the spiders silk thread.

I've been finding maximuscle online (through quidco) often have good deals on a sunday - 3 for £90 of the large size. Also amazon sometimes have good prices.

No chance of man boobs, far too skinny.

They are doing weights and the gym along with the protein.

Must get out more with camera I bought that cannon flash and have not used it as such in anger in 8 months or so
