Well done Bradley, that requires a lot of will power.
Indeed, only hard work and motivation will get you to that point not sitting on the arris eating glitchy cookies!!;):p? for Bradley, where do you buy protein shake? Both my boys are on it as they try to muscle up (both very skinny at the moment). I find it very expensive and spend ages searching out deals.
tesco are doing 1/2 price protein power maxi muscle I think, use the £17 off £60 spend and do a floflo!!:T"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

If anyone has a spare minute, could you consider voting for this fantastic cause. It's one of the very few schools in the country just for autistic children. This charity is very close to my heart as I have had some fantastic help and advice from them over the years. I can also say that these sensory rooms make a massive difference to the children that use them.
It's not a straightforward click a button, you need to verify your vote from the email they send after you vote. Only takes a minute though
I know there's a lot of posts looking for votes at the moment but this one is extra special
National Autistic Society
We need your help!
The NAS Helen Allison School has been shortlisted for the Lloyds Bank Community Fund. If they get enough votes they will receive £3,000 to go towards a new Sensory Therapy Suite.

Also deleted my FB and Twitter accounts cause DD being having a problem with various girls on there so i am trying to distance myself from those sites for a while. Will miss 10 ways but plenty of glitches on here0 -

I picked up my luna from bzzagent today
It came with some 35% off vouchers that I'll not be using, so they're headed for the recycle binI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
