Evangeline1971 wrote: »Is there anyone here knowledgeable about Tescos policies? I don’t go in Tesco much but my mum does and she bought some chocolates priced at £3 but they charged her £8. She went to CS with them but they would only refund her the £5 difference and told her they don’t give the item for free anymore. This doesn’t seem fair to me as she hadn’t noticed until she got home. She’s 73 years old and had the hassel of getting the bus back because of their mistake. I would have thought she should have got the £8 refund. Am I right or have their policies changed? TIA
She should have been given £10 DTD. Trouble is most CS won't give it to you if you don't query it. Contact CS @ HO and complain. They will probably send her a Gift Card.0 -

Body shop as I suspected parcel 1 only free gift - refused delivery and rang for a refund. Parcel 2 got diffusers and free gift - body lotion, just need LYB cards now - I hope not.
Stupid me got confused last night and bought Sanex with Dove instead of Radox :(mind you don't think there was any Radox - so will try to return.
Also got confused and bought Dove Shower Cream with the £1 cash machine voucher (£1.00 in Sada £1.14 in Tosco) - it was a real surprise when it worked
 Unfortunately no more in any of the machines I checked.
Rather pleasedwith myself- just managed to refill black ink in printer from a kit. Never attempted before and it worked. Made a job for myself, by not realising there was a needle to go on the syringe, got most of the ink in drop by drop before I noticed.

Wonder how hard it is to do the coloured one? My HP56&57 are about £47 for a set :eek:0 -

It's no harder to do the coloured than the black, just get your inks in the correct holes (google it if unsure).Hope is not a strategy.0

This is the MSE take on using SS (from the vouchers tab)
Warning! Don't sneak through self-scanning machines
Some self-scanning checkouts let you scan multiple coupons, even when you're not buying the relevant products. These machines operate based on trust, so by deliberately using incorrect coupons without permission you could be accused of fraud.
If you want to use coupons, be upfront and give them to the cashier. Then you're being honest, and it's the store's decision whether to allow it.
So as I said, just pick your SA wisely:D Some will take anything as long as it scans.
