    Morning peeps!

Yippee my postman just delivered my Persil MBG cheque for £10 :j:j:j I got the Daz £4 2 days ago so well happy.

    :T:T:T

Both of these deals are still going people...

    http://www.dazwhite.co.uk/money_back.php

http://www.persil.co.uk/guarantee/ Only on the bio, don't buy non-bio or colour.

At worst, free washing liquid. At best, paid to take away when bought in a comparison shop, I got £2 pp on the Daz and £4 pp on the Persil.:D

    The 60 wash Persil is £13 in A's and £8 in T's until tomorrow...Daz is £4 in A and S and £2 in T.

    Go grab em!
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!
  • Just been looking at Dettol E45 handwash as missed out on glitch but atm they are A's £2.50 each (but 2 for £3) and S's £1.25 each. If you buy in targetted shop net cost will be £1.13 if you buy one BUT if they will take moc it will be 13p.

Is the glitch still working if so - great!
  • Anything decent on meat at T if I use Flo's trick and stick in online shop today for delivery tomorrow or later? Or any other items for that matter?

Sorry Morgy, just found this. I'd meant to reply to the other day. I'd obviously hit multiquote and haven't quoted anything since :o
Hair is pretty wavy but no curls yet. How long was yours when the curls developed? Mine's about an inch and a half long now and is nice and thick again :)

I think mine was about an inch before the curls sprang up from nowhere - not sure mine is as thick as it was (was very thick) but probs cos I'm older and tamoxifen has tipped me into menopause before I normally would - seems to have slowed everything down. Have noticed my fingernails slower growing too - but advantage is don't need to shave legs as often :) Looks curly and wavy but need to get the sides cut or it looks very strange. Haven't dared go past 2" yet - looks strange enough then. Think I will return to my usual hairdresser next month. It's slightly less curly than 3 months ago - fingers crossed (but hardly any grey whoop, whoop). I used to always have blonde highlights thought there'd be loads of grey underneath.... but :). Quite liking the darker colour now and cheaper hairdos too.....

Glad to hear you are ok - I think its always a surprise re how long it takes for your energy to fully get back (altho think that's the Tamoxifen for me- need to bite the bullet for another 41/2 years). Give your little ones a big hug.

The big C 'gift' for today was an annoyance, just when you think you've dealt with the worst. Weather not as good as expected so unusually I put tele on to check on teletext for region forecast. Got interrupted and went into kitchen to check DS packed all his stuff - returned into living room to find DD watching TV intently, unusual she never watches the news. Beverly Craven and her sister talking about the impact of BC on their family (double mastectomy for BC and terminal for her sister). Also on is a young female from the family talking about whether she will get her breasts removed now (18 to 20 years) or after having kids as a precaution. I know this is a specific type of BC - not the one I had fortunately but I am not sure DD (9) will have been able to make that distinction. So tele switched off. Nothing said but know I will need to revisit this tonight as I don't want her thinking that will be her scenario. Just feels she's too young for me to have that conversation but can't leave it now she's seen it. :( I am all for promoting breast awareness and the need to check but think this particular discussion about preventive mastectomies in families with familial cancer gene was not appropriate for the time of day  and reaffirms my not having tv on in the morning rule. (Even if it had been shown after 9am that would have been better as would be over the heads of the littlies).

Que sera ... Kicking myself - duh so old school I forgot I could have just opened my mobile phone and seen weather app - hey ho.

Already made blackberry muffins - off to tidy up and see if I can fit in a quick shop or too later ;)

Just read this and your quote to Morgy9's post logie.

I don't think my Mum was expecting this to happen last year, but she was quite happy with the (what we now know was a temporary) new style.
All she had to do was put a comb through her hair and it looked like she'd just left the hair dressers, was quite amazing, and very convenient. I suppose it was about 6 months before this style started to grow out and it's now naturally straight again.

Hope you and morgy9 are feeling much better, and enjoy the new styles. Take it easy, you have been a star. :A

Lots of dettol stuff £2 CB for any 2. Lots of the hand wash included is £1 in both T and A. Also A have dettol sprays £1.80 on offer 2 for £2. I have at least 2 of these included in cb offer
    HTH!!

Notification just said £2 for buying 2 Dettol - today only. None listed under Cashback. I think their app and notifications need some refinement, on top of sorting out the cashback payments.

Either Terri is the generic name for their CS as everyone refers to emails from Terri (and sometimes Sarah) or ... they only have Terri (and sometimes Sarah helping out!), in which case no wonder they can't keep up!

I didn't know that thank you! So (if it's still there) you can only buy 2 items to get a maximum of £2 cb.

Sorry if I misinformed earlier I didn't realise so thank you!
