Anyone got a womble they can check on please?
Funnily enough I was just musing along those lines. If the samosas work you are absolutely right. I'm willing to give it a go if I can't find a link here (or if nobody confirms).0 -
Morning all. Liking the strategy, Squillion, I know I ought to join you but I'm a weak willed woman and I like my wine. We'll see. There was a very interesting article I read recently about a woman who gave up alcohol for a month and it did wonders for her skin and her general appearance. Going for a week would be a real achievement for me.
Yep I am somewhat red in the face like a farmer out in the weather all day: sure enough if I stop booze for 3 days it improves noticeably, that is a good benefit - and doubtless a sign that I am drinking too much.0 -

Well I used to drink. Not excessively BUT I did used to enjoy the odd tipple or 2 or 3.
I decided to give up smoking & went to the docs and got put on tablets - Zyban. Worked a treat for turning me completely off. Trouble was it turned me totally off alcohol not tobacco and I still smoked. Hubby was exactly the same! Can't stand the smell of alcohol now. Have tried every few months to have a tipple but just can't stand it.
I'd love to join in on the no smoking BUT you have to be in the right frame of mind to give up. I've done it a few times but at the moment have SO many stressful things going on that I know I wouldn't succeed. Maybe later on in month if things settle down?
BUT OMG then I'd have NO vices! Can't be doing like that! Have a few cases of wine that perhaps I should try again to throw down my neck!0 -

IF the samosas are £1.20 (where did you get that from) then for 4 of each (2 deals) you'll get a PP of £5.20. Have a look at Savvys lists but be careful of day you try against Morries. I think OK this am.0 -

Logie - hugs :A. Has your hair gone curly yet? I am beginning to think mine is not going to revert back to straight and that curly is the new me.
Sorry Morgy, just found this. I'd meant to reply to the other day. I'd obviously hit multiquote and haven't quoted anything since
Hair is pretty wavy but no curls yet. How long was yours when the curls developed? Mine's about an inch and a half long now and is nice and thick againMrs_stinkface wrote: »
Getting ready to take lil stink to nursery, he's already saying he doesn't want to go.:( fingers crossed for us please peeps x
I really feel for you on this one. DS1 still comes down every morning and says 'Is it Tuesday?' as he knows that is nursery day. If we say yes the 'but I don't want to go to nursery' starts then. He is getting better, now just has a bent lip when dropped off. He used to be awful, screaming and clinging on even making himself sick. We knew he was ok there though, we'd ring up a bit later and he'd always be fine and when collected would say he enjoyed himself there.
Hope little stink settles soon xx♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0
