May as well wait for the results now, but I think Pantene Smooth & Sleek isn't a trigger, so your items will match £5 for the 3 against whatever price elsewhere (i.e. normal).

In these circumstances, a trip to CS with an apologetic comment about getting the wrong ones (or better Mrs Anon had already bought - saves the "do you want to exchange" dance)and in the dog house at home etc comes in handy. I have never had an issue returning anything as they have a no quibble return policy (I sometimes do try to return items to my non-home store if I can help it just to keep my profile lower ... though mutiple returns of Fab Fingers to various stores last year, when the glitch stopped in the middle of the day, toughened me up :cool:).

Onwards and upwards - once you crack it, all sorts of opportunities come up courtesy of the Elite .
