I drink too much OK we all know that but when it impacts on your family you got a problem so drink less you silly boy. You know that, we know that, why are you greedy with the booze? Because I like it ain't a good reason. So as of a pre-determined date, no more booze for 1 month. Who's with me?
I will drink what you leave!
On a serious note. Good luck with stopping drinking for a month, hope you do it. If you don't it is a good indicator of a problem, remember small steps, there is loads of support that you can access if you need to.

Good for you squills. I don't drink much at all and when I do it's very slowly. I'm only little. I'd join you but I'm going to a wedding in a couple of weeks and I will be on the champers.
Best of luck with it.Debt free 6th December 2014

If you look to the middle of the photo just beyond the fence, there is a dark patch. At regular intervals the land there just subsides dramatically and forms an extremely deep hole/ shaft. It has to be filled once a year or more with debris.
There are no mine workings in the vicinity.

To continue with the drinking theme my younger sis and I were talking to older sis today about it.
The last 3 family weddings ( niece in 2011) and my other nieces and my son's in the last 2 weeks she got totally drunk. She was sick at the 1st one and went home early, at my nieces she started a row with all of us when we stopped her driving home and at my son's she was passed out in the loo for an hour before my OH and sis could get her up and back to the hotel . She then passed out again in the hotel foyer and had to be put to bed.
When we spoke to her today she said it in allergy not too much to drink. She thinks we are critising her but we are just trying to help.
So if you get drunk bear in mind it may actually be an allergy.0 -

Er - if you have an allergy to drink, you simply don't drink! I honestly cannot understand people that get that drunk, but then I have never been drunk. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
