unauthorized texts sent to 88850800003436

Please Help

My Nokia 5230 keeps sending texts to the number 88850800003436 but it don't register sending it, only shows the failed ones.
I have changed networks from vodafone and i still get it and am being charged.
I googled the number and it seems this has been going on since 2010 with other nokia phone users
seems that most delete ( my 191 app ) but i don't seem to have it so cant delete it.
there must me something i can do cause i'm having to pay for this each time

Oh i forgot to mention that i have 2 of these phones but only 1 has this problem the other phone is on vodafone contract but have no problems with that one

That customer care number quoted above is incorrect and now belongs to an unconnected magazine publisher. There are many companies listed at that quoted address though and it might be worth tracking them down.
