in Water bills
Hi,
This has probably been asked before but it wasn't on the front page so I'll ask again
Does anyone think we will be able to, one day, change our bill provider?
I don't mean completely deregulated like the train wreck that is g&e but rather the company that bills you, opening up to competition so you have more choice.
Likely?

There has been much conjecture about this happening some time in the future, but I doubt it will ever happen.0

Simply because water, unlike gas or electricity, cannot be physically distributed on a national basis.: there is no national water grid.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

But it could be done on the basis of production and sale.
If the companies the handled the water were separate from the billers then you could have some competition.
More customer -> more purchasing power -> more discounts.
At least that's the theory lol0
