Yesterday on the TalkTalk Facebook wall, a guy was pointing out that TalkTalk uses Huawei equipment, a very dodgy company. TalkTalk replied to him with the usual crap and misinformation. I commented on the matter and all but dared them to NOT delete the thread/post, which they ended up doing anyway. Before it was deleted, TalkTalk had responded to my post by pasting a semi-positive quote from the Huawei Wikipedia article. They also placed a link to the article. I pasted some other quotes from the article about all the controversy that the company is known for... mostly down to it's affiliations and connections to the Chinese Military... anyway... once that had been done, TalkTalk said they would refer the matter to management or something and then within 1 hour: !!!!!! it was all gone... The truth hurts!!! TalkTalk obviously did not want people to know that they get very cheap routers from what appears to be The Chinese Military! COVER UP!!

Most of BT's network runs using the same Chinese manufacturers equipment. BT say they test it thoroughly to ensure that there is no spyware built in.
This was a result of companies such as Marconi going to the wall due to the criminal management of the likes of Lord George Simpson.
He knew how to sell companies, he sold British Leyland/
Rover to BMW for £10. But not how to run them successfully.
Probably spends his days golfing with Fred the shread.
