For all those who "won" the Dr Oetker pizza vouchers

Normally I wouldn't have classed these as a win, as they were mostly just money off coupons where you still have to spend money. However the September vouchers are for "half price Panebello" pizza, with a coupon value of £1.50.
Coincidentally, both Tesco's and Asda have got these pizzas on half price offer at the moment, at £1.50 - meaning if you use your coupon you get a free pizza!

Depends on the wording on the voucher, if it is half-price to a maximum value of £1.50 the shops might charge you 75p.

It states on the coupon, "value £1.50" and the checkout lady took £1.50 off my bill (these self-print coupons never scan for me, but my local Tesco's are fine about accepting them) so I got a free pizza anyway!

Got my two (finally) in Sainsbury today - only £1.40 on promo so gained 20p off my other shopping:eek:

There are two sorts and identified by bigger than normal boxes.

(OMG I've never seen so many Ristorante pizza's in my life when seeking the Panebello)

This pizza is £2.00 in the co-op but the value of the coupon is £2.79. Today I was not allowed to have a free pizza and the remaining value of the coupon be taken to pay towards the remaining of my shopping. The SA had to override my coupon, call the supervisor saying to the supervisor that "we can not allow to use the remaining value of this coupon to pay for something else". Her supervisor just had to agree. They gave me a free pizza.
I think others supermarkets are ok.

I didn't have any bother in the Co-op, they just scanned the voucher and let the 79p come off the rest of my shopping.
