I hope everyone has noticed how Rob has tried to keep this string going. He has ignored all the comments stating he is a fake, by simply giving a couple of his long rants of rubbish.
His writings are full of potentially dangerous advice to anyone who is perhaps seriously looking to grab any shred of hope or help. And Robs advice is of course of absolutely no good, since he is merely writing to demonstrate his own skill and intelligence.
This is fine and I have no problem with it. Just so long as nobody takes any of his posts seriously.
Rob is clearly a fake. A reasonably good one, but a total fake. Please take his posts with a pinch of salt and do not think that there is a person who really is like Rob. He doesn't exist.0 -
I'm surprised this thread is still going too. He's been offered loads of advice, but chooses to ignore the stuff he doesn't like even though it makes perfect sense. He manages to have the nerve to offer debt advice to others though - go figure. If it's a begging letter scam in the making, he's wasting his time - the help he needs & has got clearly isn't of use to him, so money isn't likely to come his way from people here.
I don't know whether he's fake or for real, & I'm not going to spend time wondering. Either his depression is worse than he thinks (in which case he should get help - someone here provided info on mental health help ages ago for him), or he's attention-seeking, or both. No wonder some people have said they're not bothering with the thread any more.0 -
Okay, I have £3000.
However, I'm not going to lend it to you, I will instead buy a £3000 share of your only tangible asset, your house, based against your outstanding mortgage of £26,000 - at £3000 thats 11.54% of it.
Then, after you've renovated it & sell it for £180K I'll have my 11.54% of the proceeds, or £20,769.23p.
Hows that for "thinking outside the box" creative financing?
It will be with a contract via a friend of mine who is a barrister, & will be secured against 100% of the house. It will also be dependent on the numbers you've provided stacking up, house valuation, level of debt, etc.
Sounds good? No? - well I'm afraid that you're such a bad risk that it's the only kind of financing or credit that you're going to be offered, & without doing something as suggested numerous times by umpteen people you're going to end up with nothing at all.0 -
