Sounds promising. Did you tell them where you were with the court and the timescale? If not, then I would do so in a few days if you haven't heard.

Have you seen this information & offer of help by email?

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/do-you-have-court-hearing-with.html

and all his other blogs on the right in date order on PP's website, many have useful info about PE.

And we know they are losing some cases but they are also winning some. Here are some they have lost, this link was on the WELCOME sticky thread all along:

    Glad you are being proactive.

IMHO you'll get a begging letter next for £50 'without prejudice' which you will learn all about simply by spending a day or two reading everything that's gone on in all the hundreds of Parking Eye court case threads on pepipoo:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60

You will also find several cases where the retailer has forced PE to drop the case. In your shoes I would read every pepipoo 'PE Northampton court claim' thread you can find and go back at least a dozen pages on that forum, if not more. You will then be very well informed on what is likely to happen and what you can do to steer the process and rattle PE into dropping your case, hopefully.

A good sign then, and a good time to up the ante and be assertive and a thorn in the Retail park's side if you do not get a good response to the complaint.

Hi Android - the agents do indeed share the name of said deceased child botherer!

However, they aren't returning my calls - you wouldn't mind sharing your details to me via PM would you?

Update - I've had my Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track Hearing - been offered the chance to use the Small Claims Mediation Service - worth a go?
