i'll try again at 8pm but what more can i do if i'm on the site at exactly the time the codes go live and it doesn't actually work ?

is it a flash issue ? browser issue ?

Was wondering the same, I'm using Safari and just white boxes both times.

Couldn't even load it on my mobile.

Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

Third time lucky for me - the tip about leaving the page open with my email address and postcode already added was what swung it I think, and I ticked the box for newsletters :)

I typed in email address and post code and clicked "get code" then the screen froze for a minute - but came back to life with the code.

I didn't tick the newsletter box BTW.

I was using chrome if that makes a difference. I am wondering if having the screen with the box for email and postcode open from a previous attempt is not linking properly to the new issue of codes??

I'm using firefox. kept clicking the green button and the text kept moving up and down, suggesting something was happening.

I even opened a second window to try and still managed to enter my details and got the same thing.
  • Didn't get one again at 4. Had page open ready, refreshed regularly and then bang on 4 it wouldn't reload then got message all gone at 1 minute past 4. Not happy at all as can't see how all can be gone so quick when page won't reload. Will try again at 8 and hope for better luck.

For those who didn't get one - if possible - KEEP THE PAGE OPEN AND DON'T REFRESH IT.

Then from 7:59pm onwards keep pressing the button and you should see a "sorry codes aren't available til 8pm" message, keep clicking and you'll get a code.

If you refresh etc. you're likely to hit server errors or get the dreaded empty box again...

I'll try that at 8pm, thanks

Lucky this time! I didn't tick box for newsletter, but I did keep refreshing. Instant code - copied to word (in case it disappeared). Voucher showed immediately it was entered on Evoucher section of my account.

I also managed to get a code by keeping the screen up from my attempt at 1pm. I had another laptop open and by the time the screen was reloaded the codes had all gone so I wouldn't have had a chance otherwise.
