I got one at 10 a.m. so, didn't try at 1

I didn't get one at 10am as the box didn't come up till about 3 or 4 minutes past despite refreshing, and codes were all gone by then. At 1pm the box came up and I did press the submit button a couple of times to no avail, I then ticked the box to say I would like to receive newsletters, pressed the submit button again and a code came up.

Interesting. MSE, is this offer dependent on ticking the box to receive your mail?

I think they had this explanation since today morning (before I tried at 10 a.m. definitely), if this is what the OP meant.

It was there but now it has gone!!!!!!!! It basically said sorry, if you were seieng a white boc the likelyhood is you missed out but may receive an email with in 48 hours. And it said there were 4 times as many people trying, than tickets.
I wonder why they have taken it down!!!!?????

I did the same and was also lucky enough to get a code. Good luck at 4pm if you have been unlucky so far.

Was sat there poised at 10AM ready. I entered my email address and postcode and clicked "get code" nothing happened.

I did this again at 1pm again nothing happened. Slightly annoyed.
