IOS 7 - unable to download

Is anyone having any success downloading IOS 7? Mine keeps crashing the phone (4S) and my music has been deleted! :mad:

Some people are downloading ok where others are a no go.

I have 4 mins to go (but no guarantees) on my 10th impatient attempt

Am on preparing update (ipad 3)


Annoying that had to delete apps to free up 3gb loading space.


Listened to one guy on the radio who said it's totally different and takes getting use to. (some may not like it)


My ipod touch (4) isn't getting it. (ios7)

Mine said 14 mins to 20 mins download time. (14 mbps connection, luckily didn't hit traffic manager)


On the last bit of preparing update, verifying update, reboot. (oh gosh - what have I done, if it has bugs ? :eek:)

I know that's what worries me to :eek: I only got my phone a week ago. Mines gone down thankfully had 4,3 and back up to 5 hours now

Mine was saying 9 earlier, but it's verified and installing now. Hasn't taken as long as it said (obvs i know). As half the world (of smartphone users) have pressed install at the same time, I imagine Apple have got some servers running very warm right now!

This may be a silly Q so forgive me if it is, but if I free up this 3GB of space, how much do I lose? Once ios7 is actually installed, am I going to have no space left or does it not use it all up?

You'l get virtually all back, the iOS device just needs storage space to process the upgrade - working room if you like.
